Disgustingly Healthy, I'm Ready For Cake!

For lunch I just made quinoa and black beans, and then put it all in a pan and added egg whites to hold it all together. I also had a side salad with some of the sprouts I grew.

I'm off to my nieces birthday party in a couple of hours and I'm looking forward to a piece of her birthday cake...and maybe a brownie or two!
