Exercise Those Muscles When You Can
When I feel good I like to take as many bike rides as I can. There are days where the muscles around areas of my neck are sore after my ride, but that will never hold me back from doing it again and again and again. The freedom I feel as I'm cycling is better than playing it safe by resting my neck on a pillow on a beautiful sunny day.
